TORAH is the Hebrew Biblical word for
the first five books of the Old Testament: Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, and Deuteronomy. Torah means "teaching" or "instruction", not Law. The Hebrew Scriptures are the foundation of the New Testament.

We are very likely in the prophesied “End Times”, whereby Israel and the Jewish people are central to all that will unfold. The coming of Messiah Yeshua cannot be far away. Since the Bible was written by Hebrews,
it is critical to understand their ancient culture and to learn about the many unique Hebrew words, expressions, and idioms found in Scripture. So, Torah Class presents the Old Testament in depth, verse-by-verse, with an interdisciplinary Hebrew Roots approach; it employs Christian and Jewish theology, Bible history, linguistics, archeology, and Egyptology.

Work while you have the light

This isn’t an article about Henry Matisse, the artist credited with the quote above. But it is about the light. And although Matisse was speaking on the play of light and shadow when creating a work of art…there is a light intrinsic to the walk of a believer…a light brilliant and heavy…the light that is the Truth. And we, as believers, should take this quote to heart. Work…while you have the light.

It is wonderful to fellowship with each other. It’s edifying; a shot of rejuvenation.
