Leadership in the 21st century generates immense demands upon the individual, their private lives and those they lead. Leadership can be an isolating experience. Yet effective leaders with strong leadership and management skills are vital for good government, successful business and healthy communities.
Leadership International provides organizational leadership training and is dedicated to supporting leaders and managers at all levels in politics, government, business and faith communities in the 3rd Millennium.

Goals include to:
Impact national governments to achieve the delivery of significant leadership programs that transcend race, cultural and religious boundaries.
Support building of leadership capacity with the goal of creating economic and social benefits in national, organizational and community contexts.
Develop nation-specific facilities for the formal training, equipping and inspiring of leaders.
Build relationships with leaders to facilitate networks of support, mentoring and encouragement.
Build relationships with churches and para-church enterprises through their leaders, who materially influence the outputs of their congregations and organizations by their Christian leadership effectiveness.
Provide an independent voice that enables timely input that will help, encourage and strengthen church and para-church communities by working with their leaders.
Key objectives are to provide programs, resources, networks and mentoring that:
Share insights and experiences that enable development of leadership capacity.
Assist in clear understanding of the particular challenge of 3rd millennium leadership.
Give understanding as to why leaders fail and provide relevant learning.
Explore the 'driven to lead' syndrome, tackling modern problems and anticipating future ones.

Enable capacity building for individuals to be outstanding leaders in challenging times.
