Experience the Life...

 "The Lord is my Shepherd."  If that is true, am I a follower?  For those who are followers (disciples) of the Lord Jesus, the answer should be a resounding "Yes!"  Sheep need a shepherd or they will scatter.  They have need of protection, a fold, pastures, water and rest.

As lambs are born and come into the fold, there is much for them to learn of the Good Shepherd.  As followers (disciples) of the Good Shepherd, we are to carry out His command to disciple (care for, feed, tend) other sheep coming into His fold.  Therefore, the discipleship resources based on God's Word can assist us in that process.

Charles Spurgeon once stated, "The sheep are never so safe from the wolf as when they are near the Shepherd."  As we are discipled and as we disciple others, we need to become intimately acquainted with the Shepherd so we won't be led astray or even desire to stray away from His loving care.
